Registration #
If you have already registered your card on the printer, you can simply hold it up to the card reader to the right of the display to log in.
Home page #
As soon as you have logged in, you will be on the homepage.
The individual functions are explained in the following section.
Copy (Kopie) #
Here you will find the basic copy function. Once you have made your desired settings, simply place the paper for copying at the top of the feeder or on the scanner glass and then press Start.
Scan to MyMail #
Here you can send scans directly to your personal university e-mail address. To do this, simply select MyMail and press Start
Scan and send (Scannen und Senden) #
Here you can also send your scans to other addresses.
You can define new recipients in the address book, which are then also listed there for quick selection.
You can add a new contact to the address book using Neue Empf. speichern. Please ONLY use the personal address list (Persönliche Adressliste) for the hallway printers, otherwise the entries will be visible to all users. To send scans to a contact, simply select it using the touch display and then press Start
Secure Print #
Here you will find your print jobs that are ready for printing. To print, simply select one or more print jobs and then press Print + Delete (Drucken + Löschen) or Print + Keep (Drucken + Behalten). Alternatively, you can also print all your print jobs at once using Print all (Alle Drucken).
Scan and save (Scannen und Speichern) #
Here you can save scans to a USB storage medium. You will find the USB port on the right-hand side of the printer at the height of the display. Simply select your connected USB device and press Scan in the following window to save the scan directly to your storage device.
Please note that the storage device must be formatted to FAT32 or exFAT in order to be recognized by the printer. HERE you will find further information on formatting.
Access to saved files (Zugang zu gesp. Dateien) #
Similar to scanning and saving, you can also scan to a USB storage medium here. However, you can also print from the storage medium. To do this, simply select the document to be printed and press Print
Mobile Print #
You can also print from your mobile devices by sending the document to be printed by email to mobileprint@dieangewandte.eu.uniflowonline.com. Attention: the document must be sent from your @uni-ak.ac.at or @student.uni-ak.ac.at address in order to be correctly assigned to your user.
