Android (OneCalendar) #
Nextcloud calendars can be synchronized on your Android Smartphone with the OneCalendar app. The App is available in the Google Play Store.
Token creation #
Before you can set up the calendar on your Android smartphone, you must first create a token. You can find our guide here.
Add account to OneCalendar #
Follow the steps in the video tutorial to synchronize the calendar. Enter your calendar token login details as follows:
Username: the username displayed when creating the token
Password: the generated token password
Server: iOS/macOS CalDAV address (see the image below, the link can be found in the calendar settings of the Nextcloud calendar)

The calendar is now set up. If you experience any issues with OneCalendar, please contact the Helpdesk (helpdesk@uni-ak.ac.at). If setting up OneCalendar is not possible, the ZID can provide alternative solutions.
iOS (iPhone) #
First, create a token in the cloud. To do this, please follow the instructions to create a token.
Open the settings and go to “Passwords & Accounts”.
There click on “Add Account”.
Now select “Other”.
Now select “Add CalDAV Account”.
Enter the following data:
Then click on “Next”.
With another click on “Save” your Nextcloud calendar will be added to your iPhone.
The Nextcloud calendars can now be called up via the calendar app.
