Das LDAP Adressbuch steht allen Mitarbeiter*innen, unter folgenden generischen Verbindungsdaten zur Verfügung. Spezifische Anleitungen finden Sie weiter unten in diesem Artikel.
The LDAP address book is available to all employees under the following generic connection data. Specific instructions can be found later in this article.
Konfiguration in Outlook / Outlook Configuration #
Öffnen Sie Outlook und gehen Sie auf “Datei” und danach auf “Kontoeinstellungen”, “Kontoeinstellungen”
Open Outlook and go to “File” and then to “Account Settings”, “Account Settings”.
Danach öffnet sich folgendes Fenster. Wählen Sie den Reiter “Adressbücher” aus und klicken Sie anschließend auf “Neu”.
Then the following window opens. Select the “Address Books” Tab and klick on “New”.
Es öffnet sich ein weiteres Fenster. Wählen Sie hier “LDAP” aus und klicken Sie auf “Weiter”.
Another window will open. Choose “LDAP” and klick “Next”.
Im nächsten Fenster bitte folgendes eingeben:
- Servername: “addressbook.uni-ak.ac.at”
- “Server erfordert Anmeldung” anhaken
- “pxxxxxxx@ad.uni-ak.ac.at” und Ihr dazugehöriges Passwort.
Wählen Sie noch “Gesicherte Kennwortauthentifizierung (SPA) erforderlich” aus.
(Sollte es Probleme bei der Einrichtung geben, versuchen Sie bitte die Anmeldung OHNE “Gesicherte Kennwortauthentifizierung (SPA) erforderlich“.)
In the next window please enter the following:
- Server name: “addressbook.uni-ak.ac.at”
- Check “Server requires registration”
- “pxxxxxxx@ad.uni-ak.ac.at” and your associated password.
Select “Require secure password authentication (SPA)”.
(If you have problems setting up, please try logging in WITHOUT “Secure Password Authentication (SPA) required”.)
Klicken Sie nun auf den Button “Weitere Einstellungen”, es öffnet sich erneut ein Fenster. Ändern Sie bei “Verbindungsdetails” den Anschluss auf “636” und wählen Sie das Kästchen “Secure Sockets Layer verwenden” aus.
Now click on the “Additional Settings” button, a new window will open. Under “Connection Details”, change the port to “636” and select the “Use Secure Sockets Layer” box.
Klicken Sie auf die Registerkarte “Suche”. Wählen Sie “Benutzerdefiniert” aus und kopieren folgende Angaben in das danebenliegende Eingabefeld:
OU=Kontakte,OU=4Dmanaged,OU=UNI-AK,DC=ad,DC=uni-ak,DC=ac,DC=at
Klicken Sie auf “Übernehmen” und danach auf “OK”.
Click the “Search” tab. Select “Custom” and copy the following information into the input field next to it:
OU=Kontakte,OU=4Dmanaged,OU=UNI-AK,DC=ad,DC=uni-ak,DC=ac,DC=at
Click “Apply” and then click “OK”.
Nun sollten Sie wieder dieses Fenster vor sich haben. Klicken Sie nun auf “Weiter”.
HINWEIS: Bei Problemen bei der Einrichtung entfernen Sie das Häkchen bei “Gesicherte Kennwortauthentifizierung (SPA) erforderlich”.
You should now have this window in front of you again. Click “Next”.
NOTE: If you have problems with the setup, remove the checkmark next to “Secure password authentication (SPA) required”.
Bei diesem Fenster “Fertig stellen” auswählen
Select “Finish” in this window
Nun sollten sie dieses Fenster sehen und somit auch Ihr “addressbook.uni-ak.ac.at” sehen. Outlook muss nun neu gestartet werden. Danach ist das Adressbuch einsatzbereit.
Now you should see this window and thus also see “addressbook.uni-ak.ac.at“. You now have to restart Outlook before you can use the addressbook.
Konfiguration in Thunderbird / Thunderbird Configuration #
Öffnen Sie Thunderbird und klicken Sie auf die “3 Querstriche” oben rechts -> Einstellungen -> Einstellungen -> Verfassen -> Adressieren
Machen Sie ein Hakerl bei „Verzeichnisserver“ und klicken Sie auf “Bearbeiten”
Open Thunderbird and click on the “3 horizontal lines” at the top right -> Settings -> Settings -> Composition -> Addressing
Make a checkmark at “Directory Server” and click on “Edit”
Es öffnet sich ein neues Fenster. Klicken Sie auf “Hinzufügen”. Tragen Sie bitte Folgende Daten ein:
- Name: UNI-AK (Sie können selbst frei einen Namen für das Online-Adressbuch auswählen.)
- Serveradresse: addressbook.uni-ak.ac.at
- Basis-DN: OU=Kontakte,OU=4Dmanaged,OU=UNI-AK,DC=ad,DC=uni-ak,DC=ac,DC=at
- Bind-DN: pxxxxxxx@ad.uni-ak.ac.at
- „Verschlüsselte Verbindung (SSL) verwenden“ Aktivieren, dadurch wird die Port-Nummer automatisch richtig auf „636“ eingestellt.
Klicken Sie nun auf „OK“.
A new window is opening up. Click on “Add”. Please enter the following data:
- Name: UNI-AK (You can freely choose a name for the online address book.)
- Server address: addressbook.uni-ak.ac.at
- Port number: “Use encrypted connection (SSL)”, this automatically sets the correct port number to “636”.
- Base DN: OU=Kontakte,OU=4Dmanaged,OU=UNI-AK,DC=ad,DC=uni-ak,DC=ac,DC=at
- Bind-DN: pxxxxxxx@ad.uni-ak.ac.at
Now click on “OK”.
Klicken Sie im LDAP-Verzeichnisserver Fenster auch auf “OK”
Also click “OK” in the LDAP Directory Servers window
Öffnen Sie nun das Adressbuch. Wenn Sie nun in der linken Spalte „UNI-AK“ ausgewählt haben und rechts oben in der Suchleiste nach einem Namen suchen, fragt Thunderbird Sie nach Ihrem p-Nummern Passwort, geben Sie dieses ein.
Klicken Sie nun auf „Anmelden“.
If you have now selected “UNI-AK” in the left column and are looking for a name in the search bar at the top right, Thunderbird asks you for your p-number password, enter it.
Now click on “Sign in”.
Jetzt werden Ihnen die Ergebnisse angezeigt. Mit einem Klick auf den Kontakt werden alle Informationen zu diesem angezeigt.
You will now see the results. With one click on the contact, all information about it is displayed.
