Um Dokumente ohne Druckereinrichtung an die Gangdrucker zu senden, senden Sie einfach ein Email (Wichtig: von Ihrer @uni-ak.ac.at oder @student.uni-ak.ac.at Adresse) mit dem Dokument als Anhang an die Adresse mobileprint@dieangewandte.eu.uniflowonline.com
Sie erhalten in kürze ein Bestätigungsmail und das Dokument kann jederzeit vom Gangdrucker abgeholt werden.
Bitte beachten Sie auch, dass das senden von Druckaufträgen per Email nur mit Ihrem primären Email Alias funktioniert. Der primäre Alias ist jener Alias, der auch im Adressbuch ersichtlich ist.
To send documents to the hallway printers without setting up a printer, simply send an email (important: from your @uni-ak.ac.at or @student.uni-ak.ac.at address) with the document as an attachment to the address mobileprint@dieangewandte.eu.uniflowonline.com
You will receive a confirmation email shortly and the document can be picked up from the hallway printer at any time.
Please also note that sending print jobs by email only works with your primary email alias. The primary alias is the alias that is also visible in the address book.
Webinterface #
Druckaufträge können auch über eine Weboberfläche an den Gangdrucker geschickt werden. Um zur Weboberfläche zu gelangen klicken Sie HIER. Im folgenden Fenster geben Sie Ihre Uni-AK E-Mail Adresse ein.
Print jobs can also be sent to the hallway printer via a web interface. To access the web interface, click HERE. In the following window, enter your Uni-AK email address.
Anschließend wird Ihnen ein Authetifizierungscode an Ihre Uni-AK Adresse geschickt. Geben Sie diesen im folgenden Fenster ein und klicken auf “Login”.
A verification code will then be sent to your Uni-AK email address. Enter this code in the next window and click on “Login”.
Sie sind nun auf der Weboberfläche angemeldet. Über die Schaltfläche “Start printing” können Sie Dateien von Ihrem Computer hochladen und an den Drucker schicken.
You are now logged into the web interface. Using the “Start printing” button, you can upload files from your computer and send them to the printer.
Smartphone App #
Um Druckaufträge an den Gangdrucker zu senden kann auch eine App verwendet werden. Die App ist für Android und iOS verfügbar.
To send print jobs to the hallway printer, an app can also be used. The app is available for both Android and iOS.
Um die App für das Drucken einzurichten, loggen Sie sich bitte zuerst mit Ihrer Uni-AK E-Mail Adresse auf der Canon Weboberfläche ein. Die Anleitung für das Webinterface finden Sie HIER. Rechts oben klicken Sie dann auf das Handy Symbol neben Ihrem Namen.
To set up the app for printing, please first log in to the Canon web interface using your Uni-AK email address. You can find the instructions for the web interface HERE. In the top right corner, click on the phone icon next to your name.
Anschließend öffnet sich ein Fenster, in dem Sie einen sechsstelligen Code eingeben müssen. Um zu dem Code zu kommen, öffnen Sie nun die UniFlow App auf Ihrem Smartphone. Dort wird Ihnen ein Code angezeigt, den Sie im Webinterface eingeben müssen. Danach wird Ihnen ein QR-Code im Webinterface angezeigt, den Sie mit Ihrem Smartphone scannen müssen.
A window will then open where you need to enter a six-digit code. To retrieve the code, open the UniFlow app on your smartphone. The app will display a code that you must enter in the web interface. Afterwards, a QR code will be displayed in the web interface, which you need to scan with your smartphone.
Die App ist nun fertig eingerichtet. Über die Schaltfläche “Print” können Dateien vom Smartphone hochgeladen werden.
