Danach werden Sie aufgefordert, Ihren PIN einzugeben. Der Standardpin ist <strong>12345<\/strong>, dieser muss bei der ersten Anmeldung eingegeben werden, danach kann er ge\u00e4ndert werden. Anschlie\u00dfend gelangen Sie direkt auf die Voicemail.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:24px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Die Voicemail ist standardm\u00e4\u00dfig deaktiviert<\/strong>!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>Um Ihre Voicemail zu aktivieren\/deaktivieren, k\u00f6nnen Sie entweder am Telefon direkt eine Rufweiterleitung auf die <strong>9999 <\/strong>einstellen, oder \u00fcber <a rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" href=\"https:\/\/voipunity.uni-ak.ac.at\/inbox\/\" target=\"_blank\">https:\/\/voipunity.uni-ak.ac.at\/inbox\/<\/a>&nbsp; unter dem Punkt Anrufumleitung (entweder alle Anrufe oder spezifischere Einstellungen unter <strong>\u201eErweiterter Anrufregeln\u201c<\/strong>), die Voicemail ausw\u00e4hlen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:25px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>Sollte bei der Eingabe der <strong>9999<\/strong> nichts passieren, wenden Sie sich bitte direkt an den Helpdesk unter <a href=\"mailto:helpdesk@uni-ak.ac.at\">helpdesk@uni-ak.ac.at<\/a> oder +43-1-71133-2107.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Mailbox einrichten und eine Sprache ausw\u00e4hlen:<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>1. W\u00e4hlen Sie <strong>9999<\/strong>, um sich bei Cisco Unity Express einzuw\u00e4hlen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>2. Wenn Sie zur Eingabe eines PIN (Standardpin: <strong>12345<\/strong>)&nbsp; aufgefordert werden, geben Sie diese ein und dr\u00fccken Sie <strong>#<\/strong>. Sie werden dazu aufgefordert, einen Namen und eine pers\u00f6nliche Begr\u00fc\u00dfung aufzuzeichnen sowie den PIN zu \u00e4ndern. Dr\u00fccken Sie zum Beenden des Vorgangs <strong>#<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Namen aufzeichnen, der Anrufern angesagt wird:<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>1. Sie erhalten eine Systemmeldung, dass Sie noch keinen Namen aufgezeichnet haben. Dr\u00fccken Sie zum Aufzeichnen eines Namens die <strong>1<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>2. Sagen Sie nach dem Signalton Ihren Vor- und Nachnamen. Dr\u00fccken Sie anschlie\u00dfend <strong>#<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>3. Der neu aufgezeichnete Name wird abgespielt. Dr\u00fccken Sie <strong>#<\/strong>, um den aufgezeichneten Namen zu \u00fcbernehmen, oder die <strong>1<\/strong>, um ihn erneut aufzuzeichnen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Pers\u00f6nliche Begr\u00fc\u00dfung aufzeichnen:<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>1. Die Standardbegr\u00fc\u00dfung des Systems wird abgespielt (\u201eHinweis: &lt;Anschluss xxxx&gt;\/&lt;Benutzername&gt; ist nicht verf\u00fcgbar\u201c). Um diese Begr\u00fc\u00dfung zu \u00fcbernehmen, dr\u00fccken Sie <strong>#<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>2. Um eine neue Standardbegr\u00fc\u00dfung aufzuzeichnen, dr\u00fccken Sie die <strong>1<\/strong>. Zeichnen Sie Ihre Begr\u00fc\u00dfung auf. Dr\u00fccken Sie anschlie\u00dfend <strong>#<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>3. Die neu aufgezeichnete Begr\u00fc\u00dfung wird abgespielt. Um die Begr\u00fc\u00dfung zu \u00fcbernehmen und fortzufahren, dr\u00fccken Sie <strong>#<\/strong>. Geben Sie Ihren neuen PIN ein. Sie muss mindestens drei Ziffern lang sein. Dr\u00fccken Sie <strong>#<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>2.
