# Rufumleitung / Call Forwarding – DE/EN

## Einrichtung am Telefon / On the Phone

Um eine Rufumleitung auf Ihrem Telefon einzurichten, drücken Sie auf die Taste „**Rufumleitung**“ bzw. „**Rufuml.**“ auf Ihrem Telefon. Diese Taste befindet sich unterhalb des Telefondisplays. Die Position der Taste kann bei jedem Telefon etwas variieren.

To set up call forwarding on your telephone, press the "**Rufumleitung**" or "**Rufuml.**" button on your telephone. This button is located below the phone display. The position of the button can vary slightly on each phone.

Geben Sie nun die Nummer ein, an welche die Anrufe umgeleitet werden sollen. Sie haben mehrere Möglichkeiten die Nummern anzugeben:

Die Umleitung ist nun aktiv. Um die Umleitung wieder zu deaktivieren, drücken Sie die Taste „**Rufuml. aus**“ bzw. „**Uml. aus**“.

Öffnen Sie [voip.uni-ak.ac.at](https://voip.uni-ak.ac.at/ucmuser/) in Ihrem Web-Browser. Geben Sie als Benutzername Ihre p-Nummer und als Kennwort Ihr Uni-Passwort ein.

Open [voip.uni-ak.ac.at](https://voip.uni-ak.ac.at/ucmuser/) in your web browser. Enter your p-number as the user name and your university password as the password.

Gehen Sie unter „**Telefone**“ zum Punkt „**Anrufumleitung**“ und setzen Sie ein Häckchen bei „**Alle Anrufe umleiten an:**,, Danach geben Sie im Feld daneben die gewünschte Telefonnummer ein, zu der Sie die Anrufe umleiten wollen.

Go to **“Anrufumleitung”** under **“Telefone”**and tick **“Alle Anrufe umleiten an”**. Then enter the desired telephone number to which you want to forward the calls in the field next to it.

Nachdem Sie "**Speichern**" geklickt haben ist der Vorgang abgeschlossen und Ihre Anrufe werden umgeleitet.

**Wichtig:**Wenn Sie Ihre Anrufe auf ein Telefon außerhalb der Uni umleiten wollen müssen Sie zuerst +43 und die Vorwahl des Bundeslandes vor der eigentlichen Nummer eingeben. Wenn Sie an ein Handy umleiten wollen ist die Vorwahl des Handyanbieters ausreichend.

Sie haben mehrere Möglichkeiten die Nummern anzugeben:

1. 00043664…
2. +43664…
3. 00664..

After you have clicked “**Speichern**”, the process is complete and your calls are forwarded.

**Important**: If you want to divert your calls to a phone outside the university, you must first enter +43 and the area code of the federal state in front of the actual number. If you want to redirect to a cell phone, the area code of the cell phone provider is sufficient.
