# Nextcloud Calendar on Android/iOS – EN

## Android (OneCalendar)

Nextcloud calendars can be synchronized on your Android Smartphone with the [OneCalendar](https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=biz.codespark.xcalendarapp&hl=de_AT&gl=US) app. The App is available in the Google Play Store.

### Token creation

Before you can set up the calendar on your Android smartphone, you must first create a token. You can find our guide [here](https://zid.uni-ak.ac.at/index.php/docs/nextcloud-calender-token-en/).

### Add account to OneCalendar

Follow the steps in the video tutorial to synchronize the calendar. Enter your calendar token login details as follows:

**Username: the username displayed when creating the token**

**Password: the generated token password**

**Server: **iOS/macOS CalDAV address (see the image below, the link can be found in the calendar settings of the Nextcloud calendar)****

### Video tutorial

The calendar is now set up. If you experience any issues with OneCalendar, please contact the Helpdesk (helpdesk@uni-ak.ac.at). If setting up OneCalendar is not possible, the ZID can provide alternative solutions.

## iOS (iPhone)

First, create a token in the cloud. To do this, please follow the instructions to [create a token](https://zid.uni-ak.ac.at/index.php/docs/nextcloud-calender-token-en/).

Open the settings and go to **"Passwords & Accounts"**.

There click on **"Add Account"**.

Now select **"Other"**.

Now select **"Add CalDAV Account"**.

Enter the following data:

Then click on **"Next"**.

With another click on **"Save"** your Nextcloud calendar will be added to your iPhone.

The Nextcloud calendars can now be called up via the calendar app.
