# E-Mail Signatur / Email signature – DE/EN

In diesen Artikel zeigen wir Ihnen, wie Sie Ihre E-Mail Signatur nach den neuen Vorgaben anpassen können.

In this article we show you how to adjust your email signature according to the new guidelines.

## Outlook

1. Öffnen Sie Microsoft Outlook und wählen Sie links oben "**Datei**" aus.
2. Klicken Sie anschließend auf "**Optionen**".
3. Nun öffnet sich ein neues Fenster, "**Outlook-Optionen**". Wählen Sie hier den zweiten Punkt "**E-Mail**" aus.
4. Anschließend klicken Sie bei "**Erstellen oder ändern Sie Signaturen für Nachrichten**"auf "**Signaturen...**"

1. Open Microsoft Outlook and select **"File"** in the upper‑left corner.
2. Then click **"Options"**.
3. A new window, **"Outlook Options"**, will open. Choose the second item, **"Mail"**.
4. Under **"Create or modify signatures for messages"**, click **"Signatures"…**

## Formatvorlage / Template

Beachten Sie bitte die neuen Vorgaben für Signaturen. Auf die Verwendung des Logos in der Signatur wird verzichtet.
